Return to the iconic plane of Tarkir for an epic battle between dragons and clans. As powerful dragonstorms spiral Tarkir into chaos and wild dragons darken the skies, the five clans fight alongside their new Spirit Dragons for supremacy over the land. Discover which clan fits your playstyle with Tarkir’s distinct three-color gameplay.

Prerelease is your first opportunity to get your hands on the newest Magic: The Gathering release and explore what the set has to offer, and Prerelease Packs are the perfect product to fuel your first look at this new set. Early registration is available.  Join the race for guts and glory across the multiverse!

Attend a Prerelease event starting April 4 and battle for your clan’s supremacy on Tarkir. For Tarkir: Dragonstorm, Prerelease Packs come in five versions—one for each of Tarkir’s clans—allowing you to align with your favorite or try them all across multiple events.

**Early-bird picks their clan (While supplies last).  Tarkir: Dragonstorm, Prerelease Packs come in five versions—one for each of Tarkir’s clans.  All clans will be chosen on a first come first serve basis.  Number of kits available for each clan will be based on the number of players at each event.

Friday, April 4th:
6:30pm - Sealed ($40 Tax included, Kids 16 & Under $32 Tax Incl).
  • This will be 3-rounds of swiss with the following prizes:
    • 9 points: 3 Tarkir: Dragonstorm Play Boosters.
    • 6 to 8 points: 2 Tarkir: Dragonstorm Play Boosters.
    • Everyone else: 1 Tarkir: Dragonstorm Play Boosters.

Saturday, April. 5th:
1:30pm - Sealed Competitive Event (Adults $40 Tax Included, Kids 16 & Under $32 Tax Incl).
**We have a 10 player minimum requirement for this event.**
  • This will be 3-rounds of swiss with the following prizes:
  • The top 2 players will play for a Tarkir: Dragonstorm Champion Playmat w/ Store Logo.
  • 9 points: 3 Tarkir: Dragonstorm Play Boosters.
  • 6-8 points: 2 Tarkir: Dragonstorm Play Boosters.
  • Everyone else: 1 Tarkir: Dragonstorm Play Boosters.


Sunday, April. 6th.
1:30pm - 2 Headed Giant Sealed (make sure to sign up with a partner!) ($70 Tax Incl.)
  • This will be 3-rounds of swiss with the following prizes:
    • The top 2 teams will play for a Tarkir: Dragonstorm Champion Playmat w/ Store Logo.
    • 9 points: 3 Tarkir: Dragonstorm Play Boosters per player.
    • 6 to 8 points: 2 Tarkir: Dragonstorm Play Boosters per player.
    • Everyone else: 1 Tarkir: Dragonstorm Play Boosters per player.


For each SEALED prerelease you'll get a prerelease kit.
Each Kit contains:
  • 6  Tarkir: Dragonstorm Play Boosters.
  • 1 foil, year-stamped Rare or Mythic Rare.
  • 1 MTG Arena code card (only available in select regions).
  • 1 deck box.
  • 1 Spindown die.

For each event that has more than 50 players, we'll raffle off a box of Tarkir: Dragonstorm Play Boosters!

MTG Promo Pack Payout: 
  • We add 1 regular promo for every 4 players in attendance, and 1 foil promo to the 1st place finisher/s. 
  • Old unused Promos - Dependent on what we have and how many.
PLAY BOOSTERS

Storm into Tarkir with Play Boosters, the best way to play Magic with friends and explore the world. Play Boosters are great for building powerful decks, are balanced for Limited play, and contain at least one shiny foil card.

  • 30 Tarkir: Dragonstorm Play Boosters; each Play Booster contains 14 Magic: The Gathering cards
    • Each Play Booster may contain these cards: TDM 1–286, 292–398; SPG 104–113
    • 1–4 cards of rarity Rare or higher (2: 26%; 3: 2%; 4: <1%),
    • 3–5 Uncommon cards
    • 6–9 Common cards
    • Traditional Foil Land replaces a Land in 20% of boosters.
    • 1 card of any rarity is Traditional Foil

COLLECTOR BOOSTERS

Collector Boosters are the best way to open the most coveted cards and fiercest dragons. Each Collector Booster contains Rares and/or Mythics, Traditional Foils, Full-Art lands, and more. You could also open one of 500 Serialized headliner cards. Serialized headliner cards are localized in English only and are available in Tarkir: Dragonstorm Collector Boosters of any language.
